Account Settings
Manage your profile, security, privacy, and data in VectorChat.
Profile
The Profile page shows your personal details: name, email, sign-in method, and account creation date.
Profile editing is managed through your identity provider. To update your name or email, visit your provider's account settings.
Security
The Security page shows your authentication status and active sessions. VectorChat uses Single Sign-On (SSO) through your identity provider.
From here, you can navigate to API Keys to manage programmatic access credentials.
Privacy
Data Overview
See a summary of what's stored in your account: number of agents, conversations, documents, and connected apps.
Export Your Data
Download a complete copy of all your data in JSON format:
- Click Preview to see what will be included.
- Click Download JSON to save the file.
Delete Your Account
Permanently delete your account and all associated data:
- Click Delete My Account.
- Review the data summary.
- Type the confirmation phrase.
- Click Confirm Delete.
Account deletion is permanent. All agents, conversations, knowledge bases, and integrations will be removed. Export your data first.
